Kweku Clothing aim to despatch all successful orders within 48 hours of purchase.  All orders will require a signature upon delivery.  Any items that are out of stock will be shown in your basket as 'sold out' and we advise that customers check back in a few days as we are constantly replenishing our stock.

Any undelivered items can only be investigated after 21 days have elapsed since the time of order.  In this instance please contact us.

WORLDWIDE STANDARD DELIVERY: FREE  (Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays.  Please allow up to 7 days for delivery from despatch)

RETURNS

At Kweku Clothing, we strive to ensure that all customers will be delighted with their purchase.  We achieve this with attention to detail on every single garment we create, by utilising superior quality materials and by providing friendly hassle-free customer service.

In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item's to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding delivery costs) no questions asked. Or if preferred, we will happily exchange the item for a different colour or size as required.

You are able to correct any errors to your order up to the point at which you confirm your order on the final page of the ordering process.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order.  Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Credit card information is recorded at the point at which you confirm your order, with your card being authorised against the transaction.
