You are able to correct any errors to your order up to the point at which you confirm your order on the final page of the ordering process.


​​We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.


Credit card information is recorded at the point at which you confirm your order, with your card being authorised against the transaction. Your Credit/Debit card transaction is processed for Kweku Clothing by Stripe and PayPal. 


We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.


We aim to despatch all successful orders within 48 hours of the transaction. We will use recorded mail for all transactions.  A reference code will be forwarded via email confirming the despatch of your item. Any items that are out of stock will be displayed as such.

Any undelivered items can only be investigated after 14 days have elapsed since the time of order. In this instance please contact us.

WORLDWIDE RECORDED DELIVERY: £7.00 for all transactions. (Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays, please allow up to 20 days for delivery from despatch).

UK DELIVERY: Standard £3.50 for all orders and Free for orders over £50.

We strive to ensure that all customers will be delighted with their purchase. We achieve this with attention to detail on every single garment we create, by utilising quality materials and by providing friendly hassle-free Customer Service.

In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund when the item is received (excluding delivery costs). Or if preferred, we will happily exchange the item for a different Colour or Size as required.
